Can I verify treatment for a loved one?

If your loved one is on the same health insurance plan as you, then your own medical card information will suffice. The coverage that your benefits provide is the same.

If you are on a different plan and have your loved one’s medical card handy, you can also submit their information on their behalf at no risk or obligation.
